1.How to check the status of my order?

Once your order has been successfully submitted through air-robo.com, you may check your order information and shipment status by 1, logging in your AIRROBO account on air-robo.com. 2, checking the order notification Email in your Email box.

2.How to change or cancel my order?

To cancel: Once your order has been successfully submitted through air-robo.com, order cancellation is available by emailing to support@air-robo.com. Before your order has been dispatched from local warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order. After your order has been dispatched from local warehouse, if the order is no longer needed you will need to request a Return by emailing to support@air-robo.com. Please refer to Service & Return Policy for terms and conditions applied. Usually, it takes 24 hours for our local warehouse to process and ship out your order after receiving submitted order.

To change: Whenever you want to change your order, please simply place new order on air-robo.com and cancel your old order.

3.How to track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from local warehouse, the name of your courier and a tracking number will be sent to your Email address. You may use the tracking number to either track your order on HERE, or on local carrier’s official websites.

4.How do I know shopping on air-robo.com is secure?

AIRROBO is very serious about the security of your information, and we take steps to provide a level of security appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we collect. We have implemented physical, technical and administrative security practices and safeguards reasonably designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

5.How do I get technical support for my product?

For self troubleshooting, please go to Support page. The most updated user manual in multiple languages, and instructional videos can be found under the category of your product. For assistance with the use, or maintenance of your product, please leave us a message on Customer Care page. You may also contact Customer Support Team via Email at support@air-robo.com. The first response from Customer Support Team will be given in 24 hours usually.

6.How to get warranty service without proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty for us to check the authenticity of the product and to diagnose the issue. Without sufficient proof of purchase, we won’t be able to process warranty service. Proof of purchase can be in the form of, order notification Email, print screen of your online order, picture of your physical receipt, etc.
