I was sent the wrong battery and then, after contacting support, I was sent a battery that didn’t work. I have since been ghosted by support.

Thanks a lot AirRobo for battery for P20 robot. Works correctly and stable. When battery reaches 10% robot returns back for charging.
Batteries from other stores less stable and can not reach 10% capacity and not so cheaper. Suggest the original batteries.

I bought a replacement battery from Airrobo US. I am so glad I did. The battery was delivered promptly and was easy to install. My super robo vac is now working as well as it did on day one.

Great product fits great. It brought my cleaner back to life.
