1. Please check if the charging base is connected to the power supply.
2. Please check if the charging shrapnel of the charging base are stained or damaged, resulting in poor contact.
3. The battery may be over-discharged. For the first use, it need to be charged for 6 hours. After that please observe if the indicator light flashes.

When the battery level of the robot is lower than 20%, indicator will show in red, meaning it needs to be charged.

After the robot is fully charged on the charging base, it will automatically shut down the host program and put the robot into a standby state. The power consumption will be very low. The specification of the adapter is 19V/1A. There is no danger below the safety voltage of a human body. To ensure successful re-charging and normal operation, please try to avoid touching adapter or the charging shrapnel.

1. Please place the charging base in an open area.
2. Please start the robot vacuum from the charging base when cleaning, and do not move the charging base during cleaning.
3. Try not to re-arrange the furniture during cleaning, and do not block the robot's cleaning routes.
4. If the cleaning area is large, please place the charging base and robot in the middle and start it to reduce the time needed for re-charging.
5. Do not put the charging base in the corner, such as the corner of the wall, the corner where the furniture and the wall form a right angle, or the gap between two pieces of furniture.
6. Do not place objects that reflect light around the charging base, such as mirrors, brightly painted furniture or other electroplated objects. These objects have a strong reflective ability and will reflect infrared rays and cause interference to the robot.

Many sensors of this robot use the principle of infrared light. There is more infrared light interference under strong light, which will affect the normal operation. Please avoid using P10 robot vacuum under strong light.

2. When using the remote control, please make sure that the remote control is pointed at the robot and not blocked.
3. Please check if the battery level of the remote control is insufficient. Please replace the battery and ensure the battery is installed correctly.
4. Please make sure that the power switch at the side of the robot is turned on. If the remaining battery is insufficient, please charge the robot first.
5. Please wipe the infrared transmitter on the remote control and the infrared receiver on the machine with a piece of clean dry cloth.

Please check if there is any foreign object stuck on the left and right wheels.

1. Please check if the robot is too far away from the router or mobile phone.
2. Please check if the network usage permission is granted in the APP.
3. Please check if the router is a 2.4GHz network. Please set the router's encryption security to the lowest.
4. Please check if the Wi-Fi password and account number are entered correctly.
5. Please use another mobile phone as a hotspot to conect, and check if the connection failure was caused by the abnormal router network.
6. Please try to reset the Wi-Fi by pressing and holding the power button for 6 seconds, and then connect the robot to the network again.
