Paid almost $300 for the M2, received it and the front bumper was stuck. Called customer service and was told I could only email for support because I bought directly from their website. After a few days of no response I was asked for a video of the error. Waited a couple more days and was told tech support wanted me to take the machine apart and fix it. Did that and then once it ran and returned to the base, it continued to run until I unplugged it. Emailed support again. After a few more days they emailed saying they were sending a new machine and a return label for the broken one. Received the new machine and it is the exact same way! Front bumper stuck and continues to run when it returns to the base. Do not recommend this mop/vac or company at all.
