Thanks to the air robo customer service team we were able to fix a failed robot vacuum. The cliff detection was on and had an issue. The robot would not do its job because it thought it was on a cliff. Kept backing up and would drive forward. The customer service team sent me instruction to go on the app and turn that cliff detection off. I did that, the robot immediately functioned again.

We had already purchased a newer model from the website so now I have one robot scheduled to sweep our floors everyday at 430am and the newly repaired robot mops the house everyday at 530am. We have dogs and lots of pet hair. So we need these robots to keep the house clean and hair free. NOW The whole house is cleaner, less hair accumulating everywhere, and it’s just cool as heck to have clean floors everyday. Thank you!!!
