The machine truly delivers, I am impressed. I would buy again.

Highly recommend if already looking at L50+ series this is of the same high quality. This would have easily been a 5 star review but I'm taking one away due to the poor customer service you get when contacting [****]. The email customer support is your ONLY option when buying direct and it's absolutely terrible.

My order was shipped to an invalid address due to an error in their address validation service. It took 11 emails back and forth with me requesting escalation because the customer service representative was flat out telling me it was my fault and I have to figure it out on my own. I was very close to having my Credit Card issuer open an investigation and refunding me because of the incompetence of their email customer support but finally they sent a replacement. I highly suggest if ordering purchase from Amazon or Walmart if you want to be able to speak with a CS agent and be heard easily without the hassle.

I was surpised it's price which is cheaper than other brand, after received this vacuum, I deeply love this amazing robot vacuumŁĄ

My German Shepherd sheds like crazy. The L50+ actually picks up all the hair instead of just pushing it around. The tangle-free brush is the real deal ¨C I haven't had to cut any hair out of it yet.

Changed my lifestyle. it keeps up with 3 cats and 2 dogs!
