1. Please check if there is any foreign object stuck in the side brush.
2. Please check if the flocking of the side brush is jammed by the gap of the battery box cover.
3. Please check if the robot is on medium or long pile carpet and is in the process of turning or crossing obstacles. After hitting the obstacle, the side brush will stop for 3 seconds, and then resume working properly.

1. Please restart the robot first.
2. If it is still the same situation after restart, please contact customer service to help.

1. Please check if there is any foreign object entangled at both ends of the roller brush or the main brush.
2. Please clean and check the main brush regularly.

1. Please check if the parts at both ends of the main brush are complete and if there is any defect.
2. Please check if the main brush cover is fastened.
3. Please check if the main brush is entangled with foreign objects.

The main brush is a consumable product. If abrasion occurs after a period of use, please purchase a new one from AIRROBO to replace it.

2. Please check if there is any foreign object stuck in the drive wheel/front caster wheel, causing the robot to spin in a circle.

1. Please check if the adapter plug is in good contact with the back of the power strip and charging dock.
2. Please check if the metal charging contact points between the charging dock and the robot are dirty. Dirtiness may cause poor contact.
3. Please confirm if the robot is misaligned on the charging dock.
4. Please check if the height of the charging contact points of the charging dock on both sides are the same.
5. Please confirm if there is enough space around the charging dock. Insufficient space may cause automatic recharging to fail.

1. Please press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off, and then turn it on again.
2. Please turn off the robot and place it on the charging dock to charge, then try again.

1. Please check if there is a foreign object stuck in the front bumper.
2. Please slap manually to check whether the front impact rebound is flexible.

1. Please check whether the dust box's detection electrode pieces (the silver metal pieces located on the both sides of the dust box) are in good contact.

1. Please check if the dust box's HEPA is covered by dust.
2. Please check if the HEPA has been in contact with water, which has caused the increased wind resistance.

Please purchase HEPA replacement from AIRROBO.

1. Please press and hold the power button to turn it on.
2. Please put the robot back onto the charging dock and check if it is back to normal status after a few hours.
3. Please follow the voice prompts to check if the lidar is blocked.
4. If it can be turned on, but the device has a slight jitter phenomenon in place, please contact the customer service to help.
5. If you can hear the reboot music, but the light does not turn on, please contact the customer service to help.

1. Please check if the water tank is installed properly.
2. Please try to remove the water tank to see if the robot is back to normal status after removal.

1. Please check if the obstacle-surpassing ability of the robot decreases during cleaning, such as crossing the threshold, blankets, and mats etc.
2. It is recommended that customers try to separate areas such as carpets with virtual walls.

2. Please check if the HEPA is blocked by debris, or the dust box is full.
3. Please clean and reinstall the dust box before cleaning again.

1. Please check if the volume is turned off on the APP.
2. Please restart the robot to check.

1. Please check if the dust bag is assembled in right position.
2. Please check if the contact points between dust-collecting charging base and robot are dirty, which may affect the docking signal.
3. Please check if the dust inlet of the dust-collecting charging base is blocked.
4. Please check if the front sesor and radar of the machine are blocked by foreign objects.

1. Please check if the robot is too far away from the router or mobile phone.
2. Please check if the network usage permission of the mobile APP is turned on.
3. Please check if the WIFI is 2.4 GHz.
4. Please check if the WIFI password is entered correctly.
5. Please use another mobile phone to share the WIFI hotspot to verify if the network configuration is unsuccessful due to the abnormality of the home router.

Please check if the network connection is normal.

1. Please check if the "Do Not Disturb" mode in the APP is activated. The scheduled cleaning cannot be executed under this mode.

1. Please remove the obstacles in the room, because the mapping process may be affected when the robot gets trapped and tries to escape.
2. There are curtains at the bottom of the bed or sofa, which may cause the radar to be blocked and the mapping will be deformed.
3. Do not move the robot while it is in operation, as it will cause the robot to be positioned incorrectly and cause the mapping to be deformed.

Please check if the network connection is normal.

Please place the robot in the middle of the cleaning area (not in the aisle), or use a virtual wall to divide the cleaning area to meet your cleaning needs.

1. Please check if the robot cannot reach the cleaning area due to obstacles.
2. Please check if the cleaning is incomplete due to environmental changes where items are placed in the cleaning area.
3. Please check if some areas cannot be cleaned due to changes of virtual wall settings.
4. If a single room misses cleaning, please confirm if the door of the room is closed after the map is created, so that the robot cannot enter the room to complete the mapping.

1. Please check if the "Do Not Disturb" mode in the APP is activated. The breakpoint resume function cannot be executed under this mode.
2. The breakpoint resume cannot be performed automatically when the robot battery is low.

Please set up a virtual wall before cleaning. If you set up a virtual wall after the robot has cleaned this area, the virtual wall will be traversed.

Please manually press the power button for 3 seconds to shut down, and then restart the machine. After restarting, place the machine on the charging dock, make the machine start on the charging dock, and check if the map displayed on the APP is still overlapping/disordered.
