I had my robo for a couple of days. I love it—especially the mopping part.
However, I have a question for everyone. I have a couple of black mats (at the entrance, under cat food, etc.). The robot doesn't want to vacuum them. I am told that they are close to a drop-off. Could it be that the black color confuses the robot?

I loved all of the great features like the app telling me when the attachments needed changing, suction control, self empty on my schedule, very accurate mapping of my home.....BUT....after only a week my robot stopped responding, i tried for over an hour to ask the robot to vacuum. I am currently immobile, which is why my family wanted me to have this vacuum. At one point later in the day the vacuum just started on it's own. It vacuumed the room that it is docked in and then stopped in the doorway just making loud noises like it was starting and stopping. I called someone to come help me and they tried to stop the unit from doing that - they pressed the buttons on the top until the robot finally stopped. I needed this vacuum to HELP me not be another obsticale in my way. I'm still waiting for someone to respond to me about my free return. Aparently customer service doesn't do that...it goes to another department and they need to get in touch with you. Well, I have in the notes from customer service and I have sent my own email to them so hopefully they respond soon with my paid return label.

I am so anti robot things...no alexa I am not a fan of all that. But I have white tile floors and tired of the scuffing that is left by the foot traffic we have. The mopping every day was taking so much time. So, I decided to bite the bullet and get one of these. I read a lot of reviews and saw a bunch of people were happy with the one they had. So far, I have had this for 5 days and it has cut down on my time maintaining my floors. It gets under all the furniture including under my bed. Places that I normally do not get to clean under. I have a few animals in the house picks up the pet hair great. Tells me if it is stuck, needs water or the pad is dirty. I am now a big fan of your product. High recommend. I turn it on and let it do its thing.

I received the T20+ for Christmas. I would have never imaged how much this vacuum/mop saves me in time and energy. It is quiet, has impressive cleaning power and has given me no problems. I do move cords as they do provide an obstacle; however, that is minor in comparison to the time and energy it saves. We have two small dogs and run the vacuum every other day on our main floor. It is a life saver! Thank you for a great product!
