Excellent service department that provided necessary filter so that I could continue to use pet vacuum.

Started when I put the pool robot on a chair in my basement which it later slid off and cracked one of the little wheels under tracks.
Your team was nice enough to harvest one off a dead/returned unit as item was not in stock.
You even sent me a repair video in case I couldn't figure out how to do it and suggested what type of snap ring plyers I would need to
make the repair. Total cost 15 dollars to save a 350 dollar robot!!
